By accessing or using PULSX("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

PULSX provides website and API uptime monitoring services. We check your configured URLs at regular intervals and notify you when they become unavailable or experience issues.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor URLs you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Service for DDoS attacks or stress testing
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service is provided free of charge. No payment details are collected and no subscription is created when you register.

To keep the Service available for everyone, fair-use limits apply per team (for example a maximum number of monitors, members and notification channels). The current limits are published on our pricing page and may be adjusted from time to time. We may raise limits for individual teams on request.

Should we ever introduce paid features, we will give at least 30 days notice and nothing you have already configured will be removed without warning.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byPULSX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PULSX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
