Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PULSX.NET ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

PULSX.NET provides uptime monitoring services for websites and APIs. We check your specified URLs at regular intervals and provide status reports, response time metrics, and SSL certificate monitoring.

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Service Plans

Free Tier

Includes 5 monitors with 15-minute check intervals. Free forever with no credit card required.

Pro Tier

£1.99/month. Includes unlimited monitors, 1-minute check intervals, and priority support. Billed monthly via Stripe.

Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to monitor URLs you don't own or have permission to monitor
  • Attempt to overwhelm or abuse the Service infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
  • Impersonate any person or entity

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in that policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PULSX.NET and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PULSX.NET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service by any third party
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PULSX.NET and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or canceling your subscription through the dashboard.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
