Terms of Service

By accessing or using PULSX("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

PULSX provides website and API uptime monitoring services. We check your configured URLs at regular intervals and notify you when they become unavailable or experience issues.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor URLs you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Service for DDoS attacks or stress testing
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

The Service is free to use up to the free limits published on our pricing page. No payment details are collected when you register.

Monitor packs: a team owner or admin may buy monitor packs, each of which adds 10 monitors to the allowance of that team's owner, shared across all the teams they own. Packs are a monthly subscription billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Changes to the number of packs are prorated. You may cancel at any time from Settings, Billing; your packs stay active until the end of the period you have paid for and are not refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it. If a payment fails and is not recovered, or the subscription ends, the team returns to the free monitor limit. Existing monitors are not deleted, but no new monitors can be added until the team is under its limit.

To keep the Service available for everyone, fair-use limits apply. The free monitors are per account: they are shared across all the teams you own, and a new team does not add more. Members and notification channels are limited per team. The current limits are published on our pricing page and may be adjusted from time to time.

You may not use more than one account, or more than one team, to get around these limits. If we find accounts or teams set up to do so, we may combine their limits, stop new monitors being added, or suspend them.

We will give at least 30 days notice of any change to the price of monitor packs. Price changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byPULSX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PULSX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
