What is PULSX.NET?
PULSX.NET is an affordable uptime monitoring service that checks your websites and APIs at regular intervals. We alert you when your services go down, track response times, and monitor SSL certificate expiry dates.
How does the free tier work?
Our free tier includes 5 monitors with 15-minute check intervals. It's completely free forever, with no credit card required. Perfect for personal projects or trying out the service.
What's included in the Pro plan?
For just £1.99/month, Pro includes unlimited monitors, 1-minute checks, full heartbeat history, and priority support.
How do I sign up?
Simply enter your email or sign in with Google on our homepage. We'll create your account instantly. It's that simple!
Monitoring & Features
What types of checks do you perform?
We perform HTTP/HTTPS checks on your URLs, measuring response time and status codes. We also track SSL certificate expiry dates to warn you before they expire.
How often are my sites checked?
Free tier: Every 15 minutes. Pro tier: Every 1 minute. You can customize the check interval for each monitor.
How do I get notified of downtime?
Currently, you can view all monitor statuses in your dashboard. Email and webhook notifications are coming soon!
Can I monitor APIs and not just websites?
Yes! Any URL that responds to HTTP/HTTPS requests can be monitored, including REST APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and more.
Billing & Subscription
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! Cancel your Pro subscription anytime. You'll retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the free tier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Do you offer refunds?
Given the low price point (£1.99/month), we don't offer refunds. However, you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Not currently, but we're considering annual plans in the future. Stay tuned!
Technical Questions
Where are checks performed from?
Our checks are performed from our primary data center. Multi-region checking is planned for future releases.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you cancel Pro, you'll revert to the free tier. Your monitors beyond the 5-monitor limit will be paused but not deleted. Your historical data is retained.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We store minimal information (just your email and monitor URLs) and never share your data with third parties.
Do you have an API?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap! We plan to offer a full API for programmatic access to your monitors and heartbeat data.
