Is PULSX really free?+
Yes, for up to 20 monitors per account, with every feature included. There is no trial and we never ask for a card to sign up. The only thing you can pay for is extra monitors.
Is there a limit on monitors or teammates?+
Each team gets 20 monitors, 25 members and 50 notification channels, checking as often as every 60 seconds. Need more monitors? Add packs of 10 from Settings, Billing in your dashboard.
How do monitor packs work?+
Each pack adds 10 monitors, billed monthly. The first 2 packs cost the full price, and every band after that is cheaper per pack, so the more you add the less each one costs. You can change the number of packs or cancel at any time, and changes are prorated.
What happens if I cancel my packs?+
Your packs stay active until the end of the month you paid for. After that your team goes back to 20 monitors. Nothing is deleted: existing monitors keep running, you just cannot add new ones until you are under the limit.
Will the free tier stay free?+
That is the plan. If anything ever changes you will hear about it well in advance, and nothing you have set up will be taken away without notice.
Is there a catch, like ads or selling data?+
No ads and we do not sell your data. The privacy policy lists exactly what we store and which providers we use.
Do you support agencies managing client sites?+
Yes. Unlimited white-label status pages with custom domains are included, so each client gets a branded page on their own domain. See PULSX for agencies.
