New Feature: Multi-Channel Alert Routing in Pulsx

We are excited to share a significant update to the Pulsx platform. Here is what is new and why it matters for your monitoring workflow.

What We Are Announcing

This feature has been our most requested improvement over the past quarter. We listened to feedback from hundreds of customers and built something that directly addresses the most common pain points teams face with their monitoring setup.

The update is available immediately for all customers. If you are on a paid plan, the feature is included at no additional cost. Free plan users will have access to the core functionality with some usage limits.

Key Capabilities

  • Intuitive Configuration: Set up in under 2 minutes with our guided wizard
  • Flexible Customization: Adapt the feature to match your team's specific workflow
  • API Support: Full API access for programmatic configuration and automation
  • Integration Ready: Works with Slack, Discord, PagerDuty, Microsoft Teams, and webhooks

How It Works

Navigate to your Pulsx dashboard and you will see the new option in your settings panel. The setup wizard walks you through configuration in three steps: choose your scope, set your preferences, and activate. That is it.

Behind the scenes, we have built this on top of our existing distributed infrastructure, so it inherits the same reliability and multi-region architecture that powers all of Pulsx. There is no additional latency or overhead to your existing monitors.

Available on all plans. No configuration changes needed to get started.

What Is Next

This release is part of our broader product roadmap for 2026. Over the coming months, we will be rolling out additional capabilities including enhanced analytics, deeper integrations, and performance improvements across the platform.

We would love your feedback. Reach out via the in-app chat or email us at support@pulsx.net. Your input directly shapes our roadmap. And if you are not yet a Pulsx customer, sign up for free to try every feature with up to 5 monitors.
